Dal Crati al Nicà è un mare da bere… questo è quello che dicono i primi dati 2023 - TABELLA
Il responso del Portale delle Acque parla chiaro: 49 tratti di costa sui 59 campionati da Arpacal hanno un livello di qualità del mare con ranking di Eccellenza; gli altri 10 sono Buoni… ma per la Ban
CORIGLIANO-ROSSANO – Arriva la prima campionatura delle acque della Sibaritide in vista della stagione estiva. Nei giorni scorsi (con inizio il 18 aprile) i tecnici dell’Arpacal hanno avviato le analisi del mare per capire il suo stato di salute. La buona notizia è che anche quest’anno, lo Jonio della Sibaritide, nel tratto compreso tra i fiumi mitologici del Crati e del Nicà, passando per il Trionto, è una mare da bere.
I livelli testati di Enterococchi ed Escherichia Coli rimangono ampiamente all’interno dei livelli di guardia. Addirittura, in alcuni tratti di mare, questi due batteri sono pressoché inesistenti.
Su i 59 tratti di spiaggia che compongono il lungo litorale magnogreco di Sibari, dalla foce del Crati fino a Cariati, passando per la grande Corigliano-Rossano e per i paesi del basso Jonio cosentino, ben 49 risultano con un ranking di qualità Eccellente. Le restanti 10, invece, hanno un qualità buona ma con analisi comunque nella media.
Insomma, questa non può che essere un’ottima notizia. Innanzitutto per la salubrità del sistema ambiente, poi per la sicurezza dei bagnanti ma anche, in chiave turistica, per il rispetto dei rigorosissimi parametri necessari per l’ottenimento della Bandiera Blu della FEE.
Anche se, a proposito del prestigioso vessillo rilasciato dalla Foundation for Environmental Education, occorre fare delle scrupolose e necessarie precisazioni.
Per la FEE, infatti, l’unico parametro ammissibile per le acque marine è solo quello Eccellente. Avere un mare “buono” è come essere dire il primo tra gli ultimi. C’è da dire, però, che la Fondazione per l’educazione ambientale valuta più di 40 parametri per assegnare il proprio riconoscimento alle spiagge virtuose e la qualità del mare non è il solo elemento determinante per ottenere la Bandiera Blu. Ma questo lo sapremo nei prossimi giorni quando la FEE Italia diramerà le nuove spiagge eccellenti d’Italia. Per il momento godiamoci un mare che, a leggere i dati, è da bere… già ad aprile!
